Sue Brown

I lost 52 pounds in 52 weeks when I was 52 by conquering my lifelong struggle with sugar addiction.

​

Now I combine my personal success with my training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach to spread the word on Sugar Addiction and how to conquer it.

​

I received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I studied more than one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.

​

My original workshop "Bitter Sweet: Why sugar makes us fat and what YOU can do about it!" is included in the resources for current and graduated students of IIN. My video course "Sugar and Emotional Eating" is included in IIN's Emotional Eating Psychology on-line course. I have also attended a Beck Diet Solution Workshop given by Judith Beck and Deborah Beck Busis to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.

 

I also was the Grand Prize Winner of IIN's Transformation Contest with my theme of Lost and Found.
